Timber Workshop Delivery Areas.

We deliver all our Garden Workshops / Heavy duty Sheds  on our own trucks direct from our factory. We don’t use sub contractors. Most of the time the staff who make the buildings will actually erect them as well.

Your Base
You must have a solid level area ready BEFORE we arrive to erect.This can be a Level Flagged Area usually the most popular base  / Concrete slab but the most expensive / messy and time consuming / Gravel Base – this is ideal when you have a Grass Area ! so you can cut out the turff  to say 2/3 inch and fill what you have taken out with a fine to medium gravel , the  remaining grass will actually act as a retainer and by leaving it a little larger than your building size you can dress the edge with a fancy stone. Finally we have the timber framed base , made from pressure treated  timbers , very quick and simple to complete.  If you are not sure about any aspect of your base please phone or  email and will  advise the best we can .You base is the most critical part of the whole process. its like the foundations on your house !

You must have Clear and reasonably unobstructed access so the sections can be carried to it’s location – Most of the Sections are at least 6’4″ tall and very heavy. Please check with us if you have limited access as it is possible to make the sections smaller at extra cost so they can fit through the space you have. This very important in Terrace or Mews Houses where access is restricted.If we can not gain access the building will be Delivered only or taken away and an additional fee charged for a revisit .

If you have any bars / arches / trellis it will need to be removed BEFORE we arrive on site! The sections are very Heavy so we can NOT be expected to lift over Garage Roofs / High Walls and the likes.

Our Free Delivery Area
All prices quoted are for delivery and erecting within 30 miles of Liverpool L1 0AH.
Outside this area may simply add £1 per mile – one way only or email for a quote.

Eg L1 0AH to SA43 (mid Wales) 156 miles = £156, simple.
We can deliver and erect to most parts of mainland UK Scotland and Wales.

Timber Workshop Bases

As part of our services we offer a full base laying service , you have 3 basic options

• Fagged Base – Used used Heavy Duty Paving Flags on a Sand Bed .
• Timber Farmed Base -Using Pressure Treated timbers
• Concrete Slab Base – Pouring Concrete Slab – Most expensive .
